For restaurants, bars, cafés and the kitchens behind them
Run the house on one set of numbers
The till takes stock off the shelf as it sells. Stock is valued at what the order actually paid. Payroll follows attendance, the books post themselves, and the AI inside tells you — in plain words — where the margin went and how to get it back.

Last 14 dayssales by day
- Table 12 closed · 6 covers · RM 684
- Hoegaarden keg price up 9% on last delivery — menu margin rechecked
- Store sent 2 kegs + fryer oil to Pavilion · stock moved, nothing “used”
- Yesterday posted to the ledger · variance RM 118, two lines flagged
The daily board every owner opens first — drawn from the same ledger the tills and the store write all day.
Six rooms, one ledger
Most software gives each department its own numbers and leaves you to argue about whose are right. Bisync is one ledger that every part of the operation writes into as it works — so the figure you read at midnight is the figure that happened.
Supply
Orders priced from each vendor's live catalogue. The supplier opens a link, accepts or adjusts, and the delivery is received against the document — short deliveries and price changes are caught at the door, not at month end.
Production
Recipes, sub-products and batches costed to the gram. A central kitchen issues to outlets and the cost travels with the stock.
Stock
FIFO costing per location, counts with valued variance, and a COGS audit that reads by category against sales. A figure that cannot be right shows up amber with the reason written next to it.
Point of sale
The till depletes stock as it sells and keeps trading on the local network when the internet drops. Floor plan, modifiers, promotions, kitchen tickets.
People
Scheduling, attendance, overtime and leave feeding straight into payroll — with statutory deductions per country, not hand-typed each month.
Accounts
Journals posted by the operation itself: sales, purchases, stock movements, payroll. Payables, receivables, ageing and bank matching on top.
AI that works the numbers with you
Not a chatbot bolted on the side — the assistant reads the same ledger as everything else, so it answers about your business, catches what people miss, and leaves an audit trail for every figure it quotes.
-
Watches costs while you sleep
Every close is checked: counts far off the books, prices that look like a pack price on a unit line, stock that went negative. Problems surface amber, with the reason and the fix.
-
Answers like a manager, cites like an accountant
Ask why beverage cost moved, which dishes lost margin after the last price change, or what to order for the weekend — the answer comes with the lines behind it.
-
Protects the bottom line
Live ingredient market pricing for reference, menu margins rechecked when a delivery price moves, and a COGS audit that shows each category's cost against its own sales.
Why is beverage cost 31.3% this month? We run at 30.
Three things, in order of size: the Hoegaarden keg price rose 9% on the 21 Sep delivery (menu price unchanged), draft wastage at the Friday tap change was 11 L, and two kegs sent to the beer garden were booked as used instead of moved — I've flagged that transfer for review. Like the margin check on the three affected beers?
Yes — and what do I order for Friday?
Based on the last four Fridays and current stock: 12 kegs, fryer oil 2 × 17 L, chicken 48 kg. The draft order is ready to send to your three vendors at their accepted prices.
From a live Bisync conversation, numbers changed.
The report your accountant wishes you read
COGS, the way an operator needs it: by category, against sales, with every suspicious line carrying its reason. This is live in every Bisync company — not an export someone builds in a spreadsheet on the 12th.

Behind every bar is the drill-down: category to group to component to the dated FIFO ledger of each movement. When the number looks wrong, you can see why in four clicks — not in a four-hour meeting.

What people ask before they start
- How long does it take to get started?
- Your most recent stock count becomes the opening balance, costed line by line, so there is no parallel run and no six-week data project.
- Does it work for a group with a central kitchen?
- Yes. Stock is held per location, a central store supplies outlets with the cost travelling along, and purchasing can be raised for any of them.
- What happens when the internet goes down during service?
- The till keeps trading on the local network with the menu, modifiers, promotions and floor plan it has downloaded, and syncs when the connection returns.
- Do our suppliers need an account?
- No. A supplier opens the order from a link, sees the document and can accept it or adjust a quantity or price. Nothing to install.
- Is the AI reading our data to train on?
- No. The assistant reads your company's ledger to answer your questions, and what it quotes is traceable to the lines behind it. Your data prices your menu, not somebody's model.
- Can it handle more than one currency and country?
- Yes. Companies trade in their own currency, and payroll deductions are configured per country rather than fixed to one market.
